• Operating more than one Account or registering on behalf of a third party;
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of a human player;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in a way that provides an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of multiplayer games;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade AML detection, or using the Platform for any financial crime;
• Chargebacks — initiating a payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider for deposits made in good faith to your g63vip Account;

Nothing in these Terms limits g63vip's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

You agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
